Recently, Raghava Lawrence chose to withdraw from 'Laxmmi Bomb' with Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani. The director spoke to Twitter to express his disappointment at the first look of the film and not to be informed of the release of the first poster.

Last week, the director expressed his interest to reconsider his opinion not to participate in the film. Raghava tweeted that if he got the respect he deserved, he would not want to rework the film because he knew the story very well.
