Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered his condolences to the Devgan family after the death of his father, Veeru Devgan, of Ajay Devgn. Prime Minister Modi sent a letter of condolence to Veena Devgan, the wife of the late Veeru Devgan, in which he claimed that the director was known for his "personal puzzler" and that it was a great loss for the industry. Ajay Devgn went on Twitter and shared the letter thanking the Prime Minister for his sincere note. The actor wrote that his family was deeply touched and humiliated by the "thoughtful gesture" of PM Modi. Veeru Devgan made his last breath in Mumbai on May 27th.
