New Delhi: Pictures of the highly anticipated couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, shot from the filming of their long-awaited film, Brahmastra, have recently surfaced on social media. Brahmastra is currently shot in Varanasi.
In viral images, shared by their fan clubs, Alia and Ranbir can be seen filming their scenes about the holy city's ghats. Alia is dressed in a white top, blue jeans and a red shrug while Ranbir is dressed casually.
Here are the photos of the two actors on the Brahmastra plateau.
Brahmastra would be shot in Varanasi for more than two weeks. The actress Mouni Roy, who plays the antagonist in the film, also filled her Instagram account with pictures of herself from Varanasi.

Brahmastra is directed by Ayan Mukerji. Alia plays Isha in the movie while Ranbir's character calls Shiva. It's a fantasy triology also featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia and Nagarjuna in essential roles.
The film's logo was launched on Mahashivratri's propitious occasion to Kumbh Mela.
The first part of Brahmastra should appear in the summer of 2020.
