Today at Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Naira helps Mihir in an emergency to make sure that Kartik does not feel safe. Later, she falls unconscious in Mihir's room and Mitali misinterprets the situation.
In the last episode, we see how Naira is pleased with the doctor's statement and looks forward to the confirmation reports. Later, Kartik learns a shocking truth from Mitali. Despite the differences, Kartik and Naira feel the proximity when they return home. Naira kept her distance from Kartik because she did not want any complication if the news of her pregnancy was positive, however, Kartik considers it to be Naira's indifference. The next morning, Naira tries unsuccessfully to contact the doctor who was not available. Kartik wondered who was trying to call Naira, who seemed desperate. Here, Manish was wondering why Mihir did not show up at the puja but Akhil had decided that he should be busy at the wedding. Suhasini makes fun of Naira and asks if she was at home or not for the puja.
Naira follows Suhasini and explains that it was not right to blame her (Naira) from time to time for the crime she did not commit. She told Suhasini that if she had the talent, she was not responsible for supporting her in her work and that she was not working for money, but for realizing her dreams. Suhasini sees the point of Naira and remains speechless. Later, Suwarna left with the things she had to give to the temple, when Naira offered to leave them to her. Seeing Naira leave, Kartik had planned to follow her but had decided otherwise. Here, as soon as Naira has placed the items in the temple, she receives a call from Mihir who asked her to go to the wedding venue because she had to open the safe where the jewels were. Kartik was worried because Naira was taking more time than needed to go home while Naira decided to go to the wedding hall to open the safe.
Mitali sees Naira at the scene and informs Kartik of Naira's presence at the wedding. Although Kartik strived to keep his faith in Naira, Mitali's constant mistrust of Mihir and Naira's relationship began to affect Kartik's confidence. Meanwhile, Naira feels nauseated and feels her head spinning. Mihir offered her room where she could rest a bit until she felt good. Naira wanted to leave and Mihir left to attend the Sindhyas. Just as she was heading for the exit, she wanted to throw up and rushed to Mihir's room. She fainted behind the sofa, escaping the eyes of Mihir, who comes into the room later. Mihir was working on his laptop and accidentally putting coffee on his clothes. He changes his clothes and leaves the room. Mitali sees Mihir leave the room in a different outfit and wonders why he changed clothes. Seeing the message of Mitali, Kartik goes to the wedding to bring Naira home. Naira regains consciousness and leaves the room by chance after Mihir. Mitali misinterprets the situation and plans to watch the images of CCTV. She sends Kartik the movie that is shocked to see Mihir and Naira come out of the same room one after the other in the process of dressing.
