Today, at Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Naira learns that she is pregnant. Later, when Kartik confronts her about Mihir, she reveals shocking statements.
In the last episode, we see how Mitali informs Kartik of his observation, but warns him to stay out of the way. Later, he is shocked after watching the video evidence. The puja arrives and Naira wonders where Kartik has gone. Suwarna informs Naira that they are all leaving for the temple while she had to take care of Kartik. Naira goes to her room looking for Kartik. However, Kartik was still on the roads disrupted by the video that Mitali had sent him. Kartik decides to ask Naira the truth and put an end to her doubts once and for all, but thinks her questions could hurt her.
Kartik goes home and hesitates towards his room where Naira is waiting for him. Meanwhile, Naira receives a call from the doctor who confirms her pregnancy. While she was excited to talk about the very good news to Kartik, Kartik seemed serious, which worries Naira. Kartik tells Naira that he wanted to ask him a question after which his doubts will be dispelled. He asks her if she and Mihir were together in the hotel room. Naira is shocked to hear Kartik's question and stands there as a pillar. To Kartik's surprise, Naira accepts the charges and hides the news of her pregnancy.
She immediately leaves Kartik and goes through the door. Naira did not believe her ears when Kartik had put her doubts on her. However, she still did not believe to have heard it for the first time, but later, when Kartik repeats, Naira remains heartbroken. She was happy to talk about her pregnancy at Kartik, but she could not believe what she had done to deserve that.
