TMZ reports:
Brad Pitt is not a mascot, but especially not for the famous Straight Pride Parade to come and he does what he can to put an end to idiocy. Currently, their website claims that this community has adopted Pitt as a mascot and congratulates him on being "the face of this important civil rights movement".
Sources close to Brad tell TMZ that his team contacted the organizers of the Straight Pride show, demanding that they stop using his name and likeness for their event. If they do not do it quickly, we are told that other measures could be taken.
Not surprisingly, the parade sparked contempt and many people shake their heads, but here's what Boston native and "Captain America" star Chris Evans thinks about it.
Two days ago, Mike, the reader of JMG, sent an email to inform him that he had phoned Pitt's management to give them their heads up. Cool initiative, guys !! Just a thought, instead of the "Straight Pride" parade, what would you say to this: "The defender desperately trying to bury his own gay thoughts by being homophobic, because no one has taught us how to access our emotions as children "?
