Exclusive! Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff gather for Subhash Ghai's film

Longtime co-stars and friends embody 50-year-old policemen in the upcoming movie by Subhash Ghai, a crime comedy


Almost six months after Anil Kapoor was quoted as saying of an event in Nagpur that a meeting is on the cards with his
Ram Lakhan and
Parinda co-starred Jackie Shroff in 2019, and a filmmaker has already approached them with a proposal.
Mirror learned that the duet will soon be seen in Subhash Ghai's next production.

According to a source close to the development, the film should take off in the coming months and will be entitled
Ramchand Kishanchand . "This is a police comedy that tells the story of two police officers aged 50 and should be on the floors of Mumbai at the end of this year," added the source.

Incidentally, Jackie played the role of an honest police officer, Ram, and the older brother of Anil's corrupt cop, Lakhan, during the making of Ghai in 1991. When he was contacted, he 62-year-old actor refused to disclose all the details, simply saying, "It's still a" yes "for a film by Subhash Ghai ." The filmmaker added, "We worked on several scripts for Anil and Jackie and liked one." Anil chose not to comment.
