Sanjay Gupta resumed filming gangster films after six long years apart. He played in the films Emraan Hashmi and John Abraham. The film deals with the maximum city, Mumbai and how major events such as the closure of textile factories, gang wars, the link between politicians have changed the landscape of this city. The film is inspired by actual incidents and John and Emraan play the main men.
One plays the cop while the other actor plays the role of a gangster. The film will have a game of cat and mouse between these two characters. Managers are looking for a woman for the film. The film will be screened in a few months.
Producer Bhushan Kumar will support the project and filmmakers aim for an exit in 2020. John has already worked with Gupta in Shootout At Wadala, and this is Emraan's first film with him.
