Salman Khan once again proved that Eid continues to be reserved for his releases – the actor tweeted a change in the release date of Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif, director Sooryavanshi, who was to clash with Inshallah next year on Eid.
Sharing the new release date, Salman tweeted: "I've always thought of him as my younger brother and today, he proves it … #RohitShetty Sooryavanshi released on March 27 2020. " He also shared a photo where he poses Rohit and the actor and the director smile at each other.

The film Inshallah by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, presented by Alia Bhatt in front of Salman, is scheduled to be released in the theaters of Eid 2020 movie and the movie will now be released solo.

Sooryavanshi, which brings together Katrina and Akshay after their 2010 film, Tees Maar Khan , is Rohit's latest film about the police. With Sooryavanshi, Rohit said he wanted to create a police universe. Akshay will play police officer Veer Sooryavanshi in the film. The film's first poster was unveiled in March when directors also announced its theatrical release on December 20, 2020.
This is only last month as Salman's Inshallah release date was announced, sparking speculation as to who would change the exit. date for the two stars to enjoy the solo release at the box office. Katrina, Salman's badiduous co-star, had said he had absolute confidence in the Dabangg star and added that he would soon find a way to avoid a confrontation.
