The Indian yoga and wellness start-up, Sarva, continues to add power to its stars. After raising funds from international stars Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez and Malaika Arora, the startup has now secured an undisclosed amount of investment from the Bollywood actor, Shahid Kapoor, and his wife Mira Kapoor.

"My personal journey in the field of fitness and wellness began more than 20 years ago when I was a teenager. Over the years, I have witnessed the benefits of fitness and a holistic life. Sarva, established in Chennai, has more than 55,000 customers and 220 employees. Part of the funding is to help the company expand its footprint. It also evaluates global entry into the United Kingdom, the United States and the Middle East.
