The popular actor Varun Tej Konidela, known for his work in films like F2: Fun & Frustration recently encountered a road accident in Kottakota (Andhra Pradesh). In the car accident, Varun Tej's car was hit by another car from behind on Route 44 in Rayanipet village, Kottakota. The actor was traveling to Bangalore from Hyderabad. While both cars were badly damaged and four people were injured, the actor Varun Tej narrowly escaped the scene of the accident.
It seems that the Mercedes-Benz car from Tej was hit by a TATA Indica. However, the actor and his friends were not injured because of the car's airbags. Both cars would be badly damaged. The reports revealed that the TATA Indica pilot was a drunken youth.
After the road accident, Tej went on Twitter to ensure his safety. He wrote: "In a car accident, fortunately, everyone is safe and sound. No injuries whatsoever. Thank you for your concern and your love! "(Sic)

While the actor and his friends left in another car after the accident, the police reserved a against the driver of the Tej and placed him in custody for further investigation.
On the labor front, Varun Tej was last seen in F2: Fun & Frustration and he will then be seen playing a negative role in the next film Valmiki which is the remake of the hit Tamil film by Jigarthanda .
