Men In Black International Film Review: Chris Hemsworth's film is as drab as the ditch

Film Name: Men In Black International

Actor: Chris Hemsworth

Director: F. Gary Gray

The Men In Black franchise has had the idea of a neuralizing, a device capable of erasing a person's memories. There is a flash of light and the memory of the person from hours, days and weeks past could be erased, depending on the situation.

And after seeing the recent movie Men In Black International starring Chris Hemsworth and his man Thor Ragnarok, a trustworthy man. Co-star Tessa Thompson and Liam Neeson, you might think that you have been neuralized because, honestly, you do not remember anything about the film that is worth writing.

The first MIB movie, starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, was deliciously absurd and wild. Yet it had an intriguing theme, which concerned the humans who protect and provide aliens on Earth, who are fleeing their planet of origin. The next two films were light, easy and fun to watch.

It takes a special effort to make a film that derives from a very popular and absurdly funny franchise with a duet like Hemsworth and Thompson, and make it so bland and dull. MIB International completely forgets the context and launches alone in a random tangent. They do not care if you follow them or not.

Let's cut short the extremely thin scenario of the film. A stranger visits the home of a young Molly. The agents of the MIB neuralize his parents and make them forget what they have seen. After that, Molly (Tessa Thompson) has a mission in life: to visit the MIB. And that's what she does, because Officer O (Emma Thompson) is quick to believe that she could have the courage to prove it. Molly wants to help Agent H (Hemsworth), who, like all movie characters, tells him that he works alone and that he does not need a partner. However, she manages to convince him and soon they find themselves in possession of a lethal weapon and are pursued by a deadly alien species. This is not everything; a person from the MIB has been compromised and is trying to destroy the world

It is predictable mid-way through the script, halfway through the film, if you've seen enough of Marvel and virtually all the thriller movies of all time. action of your life. Including B-Grade Bollywood. Hemsworth and Thompson, who shone in the hilarious Thor Ragnarok, are trying to show their chemistry here too. But there is not much time for that. They are too busy with trips to exotic places and give themselves cliché dialogues that make you almost roll your eyes above the head. The film also manages to underuse the brilliant Liam Neeson, who seems to speak his dialogues with exhaustion.

The extraterrestrials are cute and if nothing had done, it might have been more fun to watch them doing their daily routine. It's more interesting than MIB International to live lives, because, let's be honest,

The presence of women in this film is an important difference, the most notable being Thompson's star against Hemsworth. And his character seems more aware and better informed than Hemsworth's, a fact you would normally appreciate; except that the dullness of the film does not let you do it. In desperation, Hemsworth goes shirtless is written in the film, as an ultimate attempt to keep viewers glued to the screen. It does not help either.

MIB International produces good visual effects, if you are looking very hard for the positive aspects of the film. The locations are exotic.

In short, MIB International, it's like eating a stale and disappointing fruit cake after being promised blueberry cheesecake.

Do not take MIB International if you only want to see Chris Hemsworth flirting with the camera. 1.5 stars for MIB, and this is only for extraterrestrials.
