Since we had a glimpse of the children of the Cambridge Royal Family, we have never had enough of them: it's such a sweet and lively family. The latest news is about children's education, with Kate Middleton revealing that Princess Charlotte and Prince George will be attending the same school this fall. Four-year-old Charlotte has just finished her preschool and now joins George, then 5, in a preparatory school called Thomas's Battersea. According to Kate, Charlotte can not wait until the school year begins.
During a visit to Keswick last week, Kate stopped to chat with Helen Jones, a native of Carlisle, and her 4-year-old daughter Eva. During this conversation, Kate revealed that "Charlotte was eager to go to school," Jones said, adding that "[Kate] was very friendly." Charlotte's brother, George, started at Thomas's Battersea in 2017; Charlotte will join her in the fall with their cousin Maud Windsor. Windsor, daughter of Lord Frederick Windsor and Sophie Winkleman, was at the wedding of Princess Eugenie with Charlotte and George. In the fall, the three men will be together at Thomas's Battersea.
In anticipation of Charlotte's badistance, director Simon O'Malley issued a statement. "We are delighted that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have decided that Princess Charlotte will join her older brother, Prince George, to Thomas's Battersea," the statement said. "We look forward to welcoming his new school and all our new students in September."
Charlotte will have some familiar faces at school – although honestly, the bright-eyed young princess seems more than able to defend herself.More importantly, we are looking forward to the official photo of her first day of school, which Kate and William have already shared for the first day of George's school and the first day of Charlotte's school.
It is hard to believe that she is already preparing school. And if we feel that, we can only imagine how fast time pbades for Kate and Will.
