In the next episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik and Naira's son Kairav will randomly call Kartik, designating him as a father. This will certainly confuse Kartik.
Kartik has not been able to cope with the loss of Naira and still does not want to talk about his marriage plans with anyone.
