Courteney shared a photo on his Instagram account. "How lucky are I to celebrate my birthday with these two people? I love you girls. So much." Responding to her message, Lisa says, "Just remembering Court, I'll be ALWAYS older than you … HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Courteney !!" And the conversation continued, "Only, my sages, my sages, never older, I love you," said Courteney.
