Akshay Kumar praises the BMC Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, trolled for Canada Citizenship

Twitter citizens and several trolls discussed the Canadian citizenship of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, after tweeting today the Mumbai City Corps. accept suggestions and grievances on the microblogging site. Another user tweeted a picture of Mr. Kumar and compared it to Lord Voldemort, the author. antagonist of the hugely popular Harry Potter.film franchise books.

"It is also true that I have not visited Canada in the last seven years … I work in India and pay all my taxes in India," he writes.

"For all these years, I have never needed to prove my love for India to anyone, but I find it disappointing that my citizenship question is constantly being dragged into unnecessary controversy a personal, legal, apolitical and inconsequential matter for others, "Kumar said.
