Each new Disney live remake: The Lion King, Mulan, The Little Mermaid and others

Disney has taken over their own clbadic live animation movies. action from the beginning of this decade. The results have definitely been mixed, but that does not seem to have stopped the House of the mouse.

It started with Alice in Wonderland by Tim Burton (2010), a remake and a kind of sequel to the well-known story of little Alice. Bored and travel to this fantastic country where she has many adventures. In Burton's remake, Alice is an adult and the adventures are different and dark.

Disney continues on this same path with Maleficent (2014), a fallout / remake of Sleeping Beauty, Cindrella (2015), The Jungle Book (2016), Alice on the other side of the mirror (2016), The Beauty and the Beast (2017), Christopher Robin (2018), Dumbo (2019) and more recently Aladdin.

Here we list the next Disney remakes.

The Lion King: This film is a real action in the sense that environments are real. The animals are still computer generated, but they are realistic unlike the 2D animation of the 1994 clbadic movie. Directed by Jon Favreau, the film features a cast of stars with James Earl Jones, who returns from the movie. original as wise and kind king Mufasa. Donald Glover expresses the adult Simba, along with Seth Rogen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Alfre Woodard, Billy Eichner, John Kani, John Oliver, Beyoncé also lending their voices. The film is released on July 19th.

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil: Angelina Jolie returns to perform the lead role. The film is seven years after the events of the first film, Maleficent. She Fanning, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville resume their roles, while Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Skrein and Chiwetel Ejiofor join the cast of the film. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil will be released on October 18, 2019.

Lady and the Tramp: This film is the remake of an animated feature film of the same name released in 1955. The film's logline says It follows "an American bader of the upper middle clbad, Lady, who meets a ruemartin, the meticulous wanderer of the city center, called The Tramp, and both embark on many romantic adventures, including this iconic scene at spaghetti. "Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux The main characters and Sam Elliott, Ashley Jensen, Benedict Wong and Janelle Monea also lend their voices. Kiersey Clemons, Thomas Mann, Yvette Nicole Brown, Adrian Martinez and Arturo Castro play the roles live. The film will be released on November 12, 2019.

Mulan: The first preview of this remake of 1998 is out recently. Settled in China during the Han Dynasty, Mulan follows Hua Mulan, a young woman who enlisted in the imperial army and disguised as a man, so that her sick father does not go to war. Mulan will be released on March 27, 2020.

Cruella: This film is an original story based on the villain of 101 Dalmatians, Cruella de Vil. Emma Stone will play the titular role. Emma Thompson is also part of the cast of the film. Craig Gillespie, known for his role as director, Tonya, directs Cruella, whose release is scheduled for December 23, 2020.

The rest of the movies have no release date yet.

The Sword in the Stone: Inspired from the 1963 film titled The Sword in Stone, inspired himself from the legends of King Arthur, the remake of the actual action is described as a light grip. The film will be directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, 28 weeks later. The sword in stone will not come out in theaters, but will arrive at Disney +, Disney's next streaming service.

The Little Mermaid: Halle Bailey was chosen to play Ariel in this remake of the 1989 film, The Live Little Mermaid. People who protest against the casting of a black Ariel play a predictable role that they believe should be reserved for a white actor. The original is considered the first in the golden age of Disney's animated films. Rob Marshall (Mary Poppins Returns) will direct The Little Mermaid

Snow White: A film about one of Disney's best-known animated films is also in development. Erin Cressida Wilson was to write the script in 2016. In 2019, it was confirmed that Marc Webb (known for The Amazing Spider-Man movies) would direct Snow White.

Pinocchio: A film about Pinocchio is also part of the pipeline. Paddington's film director Paul King was supposed to direct the film, but he had to leave for family reasons. Tom Hanks was to play the role of Geppetto before King resigned. The film will have to face a more realistic and darker interpretation of the character (as opposed to the clean and fun version of Disney) Guillermo del Toro, which will be an original Netflix. The film of del Toro should be released in 2021.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame: A remake of the 1996 film based on the clbadic novel by Victor Hugo of the same name. We do not know much about the movie. David Henry Hwang is preparing to write the screenplay and Josh Gad will produce the film, but beyond that we do not know much.

Prince Charming: This film will be a fallout of the character who appeared. in Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty (and which was parodied in the Shrek franchise). Stephen Chbosky writes the film and can also direct it.

Oliver Twist: The film will be a new version of Charles Dickens famous novel. Hamilton director Tommy Kail currently leads Oliver Twist and Ice Cube is in the cast to play Fagin.

James and the Giant Peach: A live version of the animated stop-motion version of James and the giant peach is in early development. The film will be based on Roald Dahl's clbadic of the same name. Nick Hornby is attached as a writer.

Tink: A spin-off of Peter Pan, an animated film about Tinkerbell, is also in preparation. Reese Witherspoon is currently attached to the star and the writer of Finding Dory Victoria Strouse would, it seems, be scripting the film.

Peter Pan: The 1953 clbadic film will also receive a live remake. The story is based on the play Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Would Not Grow by JM Barrie. David Lowery and Toby Halbrooks are writing the film and Lowery is also ready to stage it.

Lilo & Stitch: The latest remake whose creation would have been announced at Disney is Lilo & Stitch, whose original film was released in 2002. The producers of Aladdin, Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich , finance the project. The only other thing we have been told is that Mike Van Waes, who also writes the movie The Conjuring spinoff, is writing the film.
