Monday has just become a little less blue with the announcement of an ambitious three-part adaptation of Ramayana shot in 3D and in three languages ​​- Hindi , Tamil and Telugu. The budget will be a crore of 500 rupees. The details of the cast are not yet finalized, but there are big names of producers and directors attached to the project: Allu Aravind, the Telugu plant, Madhu Mantena, former founder of Phantom Films, and Namit Malhotra, founder of the studios Prime Focus, will produce jointly; Nitesh Tiwari ( Dangal ) and Ravi Udyawar ( MOM ) will lead. The adaptation Ramayana is under development and is expected to begin filming next year.

Nitesh Tiwari and Ravi Udyawar both spoke of their personal connection to Ramayana in a press release. Pre-production includes a reference work for scenes in Ayodhya; Lanka will be represented in a gold wash; Mithila will be green with Nepali architecture. Actors from several film industries in the country will be included in the cast. An outing for 2021 is envisioned and the Ramayana team hopes to avoid long gaps between the three parties.
