Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is currently working on the third installment of his popular "Dabangg" franchise, has once again found himself at the center of another controversy. According to reports, a complaint was filed against the actor at the DN Nagar police station in Mumbai. The plaintiff accused Salman of having seized his mobile phone while filming the actor while he was cycling on Linking Road.

Reports also suggest that Salman's bodyguard filed a counterclaim against the owner of the cellphone, in which he allegedly claimed that the actor had been filmed without his consent. The plaintiff in this case is a local journalist, Ashok Shyamlal Pandey. The issue is currently under jurisdiction.

However, the complaint that was filed against Salman Khan mentions that the plaintiff had obtained the prior permission of the actor's bodyguard before turning his video on his phone. The complainant also alleged that Salman Khan and his bodyguards misbehaved with him, and then stole his phone. Later, the phone was returned to the reporter.

On a professional level, Salman Khan will soon be seen in director "Bharat" by Ali Abbas Zafar, alongside Katrina Kaif. The trailer for the film was recently released. The superstar is currently shooting in Mumbai for "Dabangg 3" after the end of the first filming program in Madhya Pradesh.
