Hyderabad (Telangana) [India] July 14 (ANI): A Hyderabad-based reporter nominated for the third season of reality show Bigg Boss Telugu, claimed that the organizers of the show had requested badual favors in exchange for being selected for the final round.
Addressing ANI by telephone, Deputy Police Commissioner (ACP) KS Rao, Banjara Hills Division, said that a case had been registered against four members of reality television under Section 354 (Aggression or criminal force against a woman with the intent to scandalize her modesty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in the Banjara Hills Police Station, and an investigation is under way in following the complaint filed by the journalist.
ACP Rao said: "We received a complaint on July 13 afternoon from a reporter and press presenter confirming that in March she had received a call from Bigg Boss Telugu stating that she had been selected for her third season, which will begin in July.21. "
" She accepted the offer and met four members of the reality show. According to the statement, during the meeting , these four members behaved badly with her and asked her to satisfy their boss for the final selection of the show, "he added.
Rao stated that the victim also claimed to have been humiliated for the body.
Recalling the ordeal, the victim says: "They (the organizers) did not agree and asked me how I could satisfy the boss." They also did shame. "
The third season of Big Boss Telugu will air from July 21st.
