And while these are the two well-known sides of the Crusader's hat, it's also good to remember that it takes much more than that to be a big lead for the upcoming Batman movie. I would need an actor with the physicality and intensity to get Batman, and charisma and charm to play a convincing Bruce Wayne.
As I said, everyone has their opinion on who this could be. Some are excellent left choices, some are obvious, and some seem to have been chosen mainly because they are loosely attractive and feature dark features.

Armie Hammer

Armie Hammer has been spearheading many Batman articles since rumors began to appear more than two years ago that Ben Affleck might not return to the role of the character. It is a somewhat obvious choice, superficial and sure, but a choice to which I am not really opposed vehemently.
At the age of 6'5 and 32, Armie Hammer certainly has the physical aspect of the role and seems to be about the right age to play it. He's also clearly made to play a handsome mundane and billionaire, and there's just enough simmering intensity beneath the surface for me to think he could also convince as a Batman.
Moreover, if his addition to the DCEU meant that Henry Cavill could definitely be persuaded to stay on board, then I am 110% committed to this casting.
Richard Madden
If the only thing you saw Richard Madden is Game of Thrones then I understand why this choice might not convince you. But do yourself a favor and take a look at The Bodyguard on Netflix, which is an incredibly good show that will convince you that Richard Madden at Batman / Bruce Wayne is not a terrible idea.
Although I think he'll do well in action scenes, the biggest problem with him is his physical appearance. Ben Affleck was already a big 6'4, and once he had the courage to play Batman, he was just a wall of muscle and menace. At 5'10 years old and rather thin, I'm not quite sure that Richard Madden has the body type to make a convincing Batman.
On the other hand, Richard Madden has a breathtaking intensity, and Hollywood diets and workouts can work wonders. So I could see him in the role.
Charlie Cox
Despite being a bit short for the role at 5-10, I do not think anyone who watched Daredevil could really argue that Charlie Cox It's not fighting feats to remove Batman. The choreography of combat in this series is amazing and Charlie Cox has made it completely out of the park in each of his scenes.
And although Daredevil is a little more of a Catholic guilt than a dark one, there is enough cross between the personality traits of the character and Batman to make me believe that Charlie Cox could get a very convincing Batman .
I am not so sure that Charlie Cox has the charisma needed for Bruce Wayne's role, but I also fully admit that it is my personal view that I can not stand Matt Murdock . When it comes to choices, I do not think it's a terrible problem, although I would not necessarily call it that very well either.
Oscar Isaac
Phew. Oscar Isaac is so handsome and handsome.
But as much as I love him and I would like to see him as Batman, since we are getting older, I think that Oscar Isaac, at 39, is probably too old for the role. He is also relatively small in terms of superheroes, only 5'9.

I also get a particular kind of perverse joy when the CUS draws people from the MCU, but it's just my own pettiness.
