Actors Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, Varun Dhawan and several Bollywood filmmakers paid tribute to Veeru Devgan, father of Ajay Devgn, father and director, on Twitter. Mr. Devgan died in Mumbai Monday morning at the age of 85. He choreographed action scenes for several Bollywood films from the 80s and 90s. Veeru Devgan was best known for making sequences of action in films such as Kranti M. Natwaralal M. India from M. 1945 M. Natwaral . and Tridev among others. He also directed Hindustan Ki Kasam's film in 1999, which staged his son Ajay Devgn, as well as Manisha Koirala and Amitabh Bachchan.
