Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his golden jubilee in Bollywood on Thursday and received the perfect gift on this occasion when his son and actor, Abhishek Bachchan, introduced himself to Instagram and addressed him a sincere note.
Abhishek described his father as a best friend, critic, supporter and idol. Abhishek also said that Amitabh had taught him the coolest thing today.

Abhishek wrote on Instagram: "ICON! For me, there is so much more. My father, best friend, guide, best critic, best support, idol ….. HERO! 50 years old today, he began his journey in the cinema. Even today, his pbadion and love for his art and work are identical to those of the first day. Dearest Pa, we are celebrating today your talent, your pbadion, your genius and your immense influence. I can not wait to see what you have in store for the next 50 years. The coolest thing he taught me today … In the morning, I wanted him to finish his 50 years as an actor and tell him I was going to work. I asked him where he was going to leave. at? He said ….. The father-son duo worked together in films like Bunty Aur Babli, Paa, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Sarkar. The Shahenshah of Bollywood began its journey 50 years ago that day with its first film, KA Abbas, Saat Hindustani. He then achieved phenomenal performances in such films as Zanjeer, Satte Pe Satta, Don, Deewar Suhaag, Anand, Sholay, Paa and Black among many others.

Amitabh was last seen at Thugs of Hindostan alongside Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh. He is currently ready to be seen at the Sujoy Ghosh Badla, where he plays the role of a lawyer who defends Taapsee Pannu and who is accused of murder. Badla will be in the hall on March 8th.
