Actor Amit Purohit dies at a young age

The Telugu actor, Amit Purohit, who had been last seen in 2018 Sammohanam, died very early on July 10.

The news of his sudden disappearance was confirmed by superstar Sudheer Babu on the Twitter microblogging site last night. Subsequently, several celebrities visited Twitter to express their condolences.

Meanwhile, the cause of Amit's death is still unknown.

Amit also worked in Bollywood movies as 'Pankh'.

He worked in Bollywood films such as Aalaap, Pankh etc. He is also known for his performance in Raveena Tandon starrer The Seven Nights of Shobhna which was made public in 2012. His important work remains however Sammohanam where he played the first time. ex-boyfriend of Aditi Rao Hydari.

She also thanked the late actor for his "inestimable presence" in the film.
