There was a Bollywood moment in Parliament on Friday after Acting Finance Minister Piyush Goyal spoke about a recent patriotic film during the presentation of the BJP-led interim government budget.
Goyal, who replaced Arun Jaitley, praised "Uri: The Surgical Strike" after LK Advani, a senior BJP official, nudged him when he was on the verge of talk about the entertainment industry when presenting the draft budget.
