One day ago, online pictures of dolls disguised as Komolika and Prerna appeared. These became viral and were even seen by Ekta Kapoor, the producer of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, who loved the concept. Komolika aka Hina Khan also reacted to her dolls.
In her Instagram account, Hina Khan recounted how she felt when she saw the dolls. Her 'Komo Swag is a pioneer and, as a result, a fan has created dolls inspired by her different looks in the series. In one of the dolls, Hina is seen as a bride, while in the other, she is seen with a dark look.
