Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a regular at the Cannes Film Festival and will be on the red carpet again this year. The actor was spotted at the Mumbai airport as she was leaving for France with her daughter Aaradhya.
The actor Abhishek Bachchan accompanied the mother-daughter duo to the airport. Aishwarya has been observed in occasional blacks, badociated with an overcoat and vibrating boots. Aaradhya looked excited as she joined her mother for the annual film festival.

Aishwarya was seen with his family at the Summer Funk show of choreographer Shiamak Davar just hours before his flight. The actor alongside Aaradhya, Abhishek, his mother Brindya Rai, his stepmother Jaya Bachchan and his sister-in-law Shweta Bachchan Nanda had attended the event to encourage Aaradhya who had presented a show dance with other children.

Aishwarya will accompany Sonam and Deepika from the make-up artist Loreal India's film festival carpet red carpet. Deepika had debuted at the festival last year and had walked the red carpet twice this year before returning home on Sunday morning. She was spotted at the Mumbai airport with a denim and latex look.

On the labor front, Aishwarya allegedly signed the drama of the Mani Ratnam period based on Kalki's historical Tamil novel, Ponniyin Selvan. She would apparently play a negative role in the film.

Other Bollywood actors, including Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Hina Khan, have already walked the festival's red carpet. Another regular Cannes, Sonam Kapoor, has not yet stepped on the red carpet on this occasion.
