Ajay Devgn, who works on the Golmaal franchise and will soon be seen in Total Dhamaal, does not understand why comedy films are called "brainless" because he thinks that creating fun content requires an intellect. The actor, 49, said the comedians were leading the entertainment industry around the world.

"I do not know why they say it's a brain without brains. It's not easy to make people laugh. Today, in our country or around the world, comedians are the biggest stars. Like here in India, we have Kapil Sharma. It takes intelligence to make people laugh, you can not make a face and make them laugh, "Ajay told PTI.

"Who does not want to laugh? In addition, humor movies, you can watch again and again. I do not mean that another type of cinema is not great, but it's also good, "he added. Ajay is the new addition to the Dhamaal franchise of Indra Kumar, which had already been titled by Sanjay Dutt. The actor said that he had decided to board, finding the scenario "hilarious".

"When I heard the script, it was very amusing. Every scene is a riot of laughter. Such films do not have a depth of history, but you are supposed to have fun. And it's funny. "He said his approach to each film was the same, whether it was a commercial artist or a story-driven content.

"Every film, including this one, only follows the character. There is no technique. These things are made by heart, you must feel and do otherwise the performances do not affect you. "I do scenes according to the request of the story. It's not easy to make the supreme comedy. You must find the right balance. At the top, it does not mean that you are doing anything, otherwise it will be irritating to watch, "he said.

Actors Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit Nene were also circled for the first time, while Riteish Deshmukh, Javed Jaffery and Arshad Warsi take over their roles. The film also stars Sanjay Mishra.

Total Dhamaal, produced by Fox Star Studios, Ajay Devgn Films, Ashok Thakeria, Kumar, Sri Adhikari Brothers, Anand Pandit and co-produced by Sangeeta Ahir and Kumar Mangat Pathak, released on February 22nd.
