Kesari also marks the second most important film of Akshay Kumar after the Gold which reached 25 crore of Rs on day 1. On the list of 2019 films with the largest opening collections, Gully Boy ranks second after Kesari followed by Total Dhamaal and Liberation in Hollywood Captain Marvel .
