Alia recently made the headlines for buying herself an upscale Juhu house. The Rs 13 crore apartment fueled speculation that Alia plans to move in with her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, or may be planning for their future as a married couple.
Alia rejected the information and said that the property was intended to be a new production company office. When asked if the house was a "nest of love," she replied, "Nothing like it." This is a place that I bought as a workspace. Yes, I created my own production house. I named it Eternal Sunshine Productions. Do you like it? "
