Alia Bhatt on Sidharth Malhotra: We met after the breakup | Bollywood

Actress Alia Bhatt talked about her equation with her ex-boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra. While Sid recently stated during an episode of Koffee With Karan that they had not met since the dissolution of last year, Alia said at a recent interview at DNA that they had already met.

"Yes, I watched the episode. Sid and I actually met. They had shot the episode well before our meeting and so he had to say it. But we obviously met recently and it was extremely normal, "she said. Alia and Sid were part of the Bollywood delegation that flew from Delhi to Mumbai to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in January. Her boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor, was also on the contingent.

Alia says that there is no bad atmosphere between her and Sid. "I have a lot of love and respect for Sid. We started together in the industry. I have known him for a long time and there is too much history between us. Honestly, there will never be any problems. I only have positivity in my heart for him. I'm sure he wants the same thing. We have witnessed several milestones of our lives together. He talked about meeting and chatting and we were fine. There is no bad atmosphere, "she said. Both made their debut in Bollywood with Karan Johar 's year – round student. They also worked in Kapoor & Sons.

Speaking of Koffee with Karan, Sidharth had stated that their relationship after the breakup was not bitter. "There is a reason why two people decide not to be together. There were many ups and downs. When you get out of a situation, you look at all the good and happy memories, "he said.

It is now said that Sidharth would be attending Kiara Advani and he denied the rumors about the cat. Alia celebrated her first Valentine's Day with Ranbir Kapoor on Thursday, both enjoyed a dinner and their photos were also shared online, and Ranbir also came to support Alia during the screening of her latest film, Gully Boy, released on Thursday.
