Actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya supported their daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda while she was walking on the ramp of designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla at the Caring with Style show organized in partnership with the Cancer Patients Aids Association. Amitabh and Jaya sat in the front row while Shweta – with Sonam Kapoor and Karan Johar – walked on the ramp.
Videos of the event show the proud parents of Shweta, who knocked out two sets: a bride lehenga and a branded Abu Sandeep chikankari creation – walked on the ramp. While Karan also sported two different looks for the evening, Sonam looked like a vision as she walked on the ramp in an ivory lehenga chikankari. Sonam also made a whirlwind by walking on the song Kalhar, Ghar More Pardesiya.
