Maharashtra Sena President Raj Thackeray later organized a mega wedding on Sunday night at a five-star hotel in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The list of guests at the reception included several high-level guests, from Bollywood celebrities to politicians.
Early entries include Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan and Jeetendra. Shah Rukh, Salman and Amir Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Urmila Matondkar, the couple Sachin actors and Supriya Pilgaokar, among others, were also part of the industry.

Raj Thackeray and his wife Sharmila were seen hosting members of the Thackeray family – his cousin and the president of Shiv Sena, Uddhav Thackeray, his wife Rashmi and their son Aditya, his other cousin Jaidev Thackeray and his family.
The couple wore traditional Maharashtrian clothing for the wedding ceremony on Sunday morning, followed by a grand reception the following evening. Amit Thackeray chose a tuxedo, while Mitali Borude wore a red and pink lehenga.
Among those present at the wedding ceremony were Governor CV Rao, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Maharashtra Pankaja Munde among several others leading personalities.
Congressman Ahmed Patel, a close badociate of Sonia Gandhi, was also present at the ceremony, along with National Congress Party leader Sharad Pawar, his daughter Supriya Sule and his nephew Ajit Pawar.
Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, his wife Anjali, singer Asha The actor Ritesh Deshmukh of Bosle and his brother Amit Deshmukh, the industrialist Ratan Tata and some big names in the film industry Marathi also attended at the wedding ceremony.
