Australian actor Chris Hemsworth announces a break in his career to spend time with his family

Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, better known as Thor, Avengers takes a break in Hollywood.

After 12 months of consecutive shootings, said Hemsworth . Daily Telegraph that he wanted to spend more time with his family.

"This year, I will probably not draw anything," he said. "I just want to be home now with my kids."

Hemsworth, 35, has three children with his wife, Spanish actress Elsa Pataky: her seven-year-old daughter, India Rose, and five-year-old twins Sasha and Tristan.

The family lives in Byron Bay, having moved from Los Angeles in 2014.

Explaining his absence, Mr. Hemsworth stated that his children were "at a very important age".

"They are still young and they know when I'm leaving more than before," he said.

Hemsworth had a leading role in Ave. ngers: Endgame franchise film Avengers broke box office records when it was released last month

There are three more films released this year: Men in Black: International a spin-off of Will Smith's vehicles also performed by his fellow of the Avengers alum Tessa Thompson, science fiction film Dhaka on which Hemsworth is also a producer, and Jay and Silent Bob Reboot the last film of Kevin Smith's View Askewniverse
