When Katherine Langford was allegedly cast in Avengers: Endgame A wave of speculation ensued on . and Love, the star Simon would play. Avengers: Endgame marked the end of an era for the Marvel film universe and the beginning of a new chapter for the incumbent Avengers. Search Avengers: Infinity War and visit Thanos at the "transit station" after the breakup. Joe Russo said:
"We had the idea that Tony would go into the metaphysical way in which Thanos would snap his fingers. And that there would be a future version of his daughter in this way. "
The way was the mysterious realm in which Thanos appeared after snapping his fingers and removing half of the universe. There he met the young version of his daughter Gamora, whom he had sacrificed to obtain the stone of soul. Infinity War visual effects supervisor, Kelly Port, describes the station as "not a physical place, it's not a memory, even … it sounds like a moment of internal reflection."
Working for Thanos, the Russo brothers discovered that it would not have the same effect as Tony after the hero had snapped his fingers at Thanos' army. Joe Russo explained that Langford's brief appearance as an older version of Tony's daughter ended up causing confusion in the audience.

"The intention was that his future daughter, because these movies are about magic, that his future daughter will forgive him and somehow give him peace to go. And the idea resonated, "added Joe Russo. "But it was too much ideas in a film too complicated."
