It turns out that Natalie Portman did not have to set foot on the game "Avengers: Endgame" part of one of the biggest box office successes of all time.
Portman resumed her role as an astrophysicist, Dr. Jane Foster, very briefly in the first two films "Thor" in "Endgame", when Thor and Rocket go back in time to recover the stone of the infinite ether.
The time travel of the two Avengers brings them to Asgard at the same time that Foster (Portman) is on the planet during the events of "Thor: The Dark World" of 2013. In one scene, we see Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Rocket (dubbed by Bradley Cooper) sneak past Loki (Tom Hiddleston) while he is a prisoner in a cell. Later, we see a picture of Foster before Rocket manages to get the ether out of his camera (earlier in "The Dark World", Foster was infected with the Aether).
"Loki's shot throwing his cup into the cell and Thor and Rocket pbading it in the background, is a piece of digital negative taken from the daily newspapers of" The Dark World "that we reused" Ford told Business Insider. "Same for Natalie Portman's stage."

In a Interview with Entertainment Weekly, Anthony Russo, co-director of "Endgame," said that Portman had "done a bit of voice when she speaks off", but that was the only thing to do for the film. Heck, the line is so brief and so weakly placed in the background that it would not be a shock if it did not have to come out as a result of editing to do it. She may have just come out the line from her phone and send it to the team.
"Avengers: Endgame" is currently on the bill.
