Badla Trailer: Sujoy Ghosh's film Amitabh Bachchan is a mysterious, fast-paced thriller

Sujoy Ghosh opens the Indian public to the vast world of thriller-movies mystery and promises to keep him on the edge of his seat with quick action and a captivating storyline in . ] Badla . His latest film, starring Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan, seems to be a whodunit unfolding in a foreign country.

The trailer opens with Naina (Taapsee) asking for the help of Badal Gupta (Amitabh), a specialist researcher she pleads for revenge against her. Naina is under house arrest as a result of a murder and has a tracker attached to her ankle who takes care not to go anywhere.

In doing her job, Badal puts her at ease and lets her take the lead in preparing a testimony. The secrets begin to break down and we learn that Naina has an extra marital relationship with Arjun (Tony Luke). The lies are exposed by Badal who wants to get to the bottom of things, all aspects being taken into account.

Towards the end of the trailer, Badal clearly explains to Naina that he is not easily influenced by words that come out of an innocent face. On the contrary, he measures the truth to his merit, using his own judgment and merit. Will he get to the bottom of the mystery that is Badla ? Or as Naina claims, she will suffer the fall of a crime she did not commit.
The caravan ends with a car submerged under the water, a shot back from the action. Psycho Someone?

Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Badla was released on March 8th. It also contains supporting roles for Manav Kaul, Amrita Singh and Tony Luke.
