DUBLIN: The ICC will ban the minimum of six tests or 12 ODI on violators from falsifying bullets because it has been upgraded as a Level 3 offense under its new code of conduct.

The decision was made at its annual conference in Dublin, which ended on Monday.

Another significant development is the sanction on the number of private T20 leagues that a player might be allowed to participate in order that there is no compromise when it comes to national duty.

However the most significant development has certainly been tougher penalties for bad behavior of players.

The ball handling incident involving Steve Smith and David Warner forced the ICC to improve it into level 3 infringement that will bring 12 suspension points.

The 12-point suspension is equivalent to prohibiting 6 or 12 ODI tests from the first test and two ODIs.

The new offense added at level 1 is obscenity audible if we hear something about the microphone of the strain.

Meanwhile, ICC wants to reign over T20 freelancers who trade national bonds in order to play national leagues.

While the ICC has not specified how many leagues a player can take part in, it is understood that it does not exceed 3.
