In the past, Sara Ali Khan stated that she would like to attend Kartik Aaryan during a famous talk show. Karthik Aaryan recently made an appearance at the same show. Asked about Sara Ali Khan, Kartik replied that he was simply trying to earn enough money to ask him to go out with him. Later in the episode, Kartik made a phone call to Sara as part of a game. Initially, the call went unanswered and Kartik tried to get Ananya. The show's host, Karan Johar, is then made fun of Kartik saying that Sara had not taken his call. After a few minutes, Sara called back Kartik. Karan is mocked about his relationship. Karan asked Sara if there was news of what she said about Kartik in the series. Sara responded with hilarity saying, "I can not hear. Kartik Aaryan then supported her, saying she was not to hear that.
