BENGALURU: Actor-politician Khushbu Sundar on Wednesday slapped a man who allegedly tried to grope her in Bengaluru. Rizwan Arshad, the Congress candidate for the Bengaluru Central Constituency, in Indiranagar. A video of Khushbu slapping the viral on social media and she was hailed for her reaction.

In the video, Khushbu is seen walking alongside Shantinagar NA Haris and Arshad while a huge crowd gathers around. As she walks toward her car, she suddenly turns around and slaps a man standing behind her.
Locals say the man has been trying to make things worse. Though police took the man away from the spot, he was let off with a warning. Police officials said the actor did not file a complaint.
However, after the video went viral on Twitter, many appreciated Khushbu for her daring response. Saravanan Subramanian tweeted, "It's Show Your More Strong and Bold Women That Get Back to It."
