The actors Cyrus Sahukar and Mini Mathur gather for the first time in a web series, Mind the Malhotras on Amazon Prime Video. While Cyrus plays a crazy and wealthy man named Rishabh in the series, Mini plays his wife Shefali, also crazy. Both are shameless and insensitive to each other on the screen.

How are these malhotras so special?
Mini: They are the strangest Malhotras you have ever seen. They are normal and strange at the same time. These are people with whom you can identify yourself. There is a couple: Rishabh (Cyrus) and Shefali (Mini) who try to make their marriage not boring and consult a therapist to keep the spark in their marriage alive. They have three children and they try to be good parents. He has all the slice of life that follows, comical situations that we face every day but a little stranger.
Cyrus: I think that is the part of you that is already strange but you do not want to accept it. So now you will see someone else doing it and accepting that we are all like that … weird.

Why the spark is missing it in your life on the show?
Mini: Through the process of three children, they have been married for about 15 years and feel that all their friends are getting divorced because they can not see each other. things, they should go to consult before it happens to them. Couples who stay together more than 10 to 15 years stop communicating … or their conversations become very boring.
Cyrus: I think it's the best thing that happened to them as a couple. There is no one in a relationship that triggers this relationship. If you are in a relationship, it means going through ups and downs, left and right, circles and triangles. If you do not want it, you should not be in a relationship.
Tell us about your three children?
Mini: They have binoculars: Dia and Jia and an eight-year-old son, Yohan (Yoyo). Jia is played by Anandita Pagnis. She is a very good actor. She is in fashion, tattoos and boyfriends and is really the first, but not very talented for academics. While Dia is played by Nikki Sharma. She plays next to the book and is very good at academics. It's a child you want.
Cyrus: Yoyo is more like Rishabh. He is a complete metamorph in the show. Nobody knows what's going on in Yoyo's head. Jason D'Souza plays the role. He is a clever child and simply amuses himself. He would ask a thousand questions during the shoot.

Mini, you are married. What are the three disadvantages of marriage?
Mini: 1. You wake up every morning and have to take care of many other people than yourself. You must think of their day as your day.
2. You're stuck with the same guy.
3. The holidays are getting really expensive. You can not fly in first clbad luxury because you want to spend for yourself. You are like "Oh my God! these five people will come with me. " Everything comes with two rooms, many flights.
And what are the advantages?
Mini: You are never alone. You always have a sound box. You have your own unit, your own team that encourages. I ask Kabir Khan what's worst about me and I know that even if he's lying, he's supporting me. There is a shared memory, a shared trip. So when I die, I will not die alone. I will not say, "Please, have me come by the bathroom floor." I know someone (will) be there for me. You will also be able to live your life with your best friend.
Cyrus, you are not married. What are the disadvantages of being single?
When you get married, you make a real promise that we will both become ugly, weird and live all of these things together during our individual travels, but in one way or another other, you will be my partner in this long process. It's a beautiful thing to have.
You may feel lonely enough. You can be with a lot of people and die of loneliness. Everyone is super exciting for the first 25 dates. For the first 5-6 dates, no one meets, but a trailer … the best clips. When people fall apart, their number one complaint is, "Oh, it's completely changed. She is not what she said. You build a community with marriage, a family. Emotionally, we are not built to be on this path solo, jumping. What's the craziest thing you've done for your partner?
Cyrus: After a few months of meeting with my girlfriend, we were talking at night. There are four dogs around my building and they grew up around me. They bark every day around 1 o'clock. I started barking. I saw the fear on her face while she was worried that this guy was not doing well mentally. She asked me, "Why are you barking at dogs? Maybe some barking later, there may be some words I want to enter. " The fact that she had it was the reason our relationship had survived for so many years.
