A plea was filed against Salman Khan's Bharat at the Delhi High Court to request a title change from the film

A petition requesting the title change of Salman Khan's upcoming film, Bharat, was presented at the Delhi High Court on Thursday.
The petition was filed by Vipin Tyagi.
Vipin Tyagi, in his plea, had argued that the title of the film violated section 3 of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Misuse) Act, according to which the word " Bharat "could not be used for commercial purposes.
He also sought to change the dialogue in which the character was compared to the country, claiming that it hurts the patriotic feelings of the country's population.
Salman Khan is surrounded by controversy since the promotion of the film. Earlier, Priyanka chose not to marry Nick Jonas in the movie. Salman K han still has not overcome this problem, as we can see him taking a search at the actress for each media promotion.
