After presenting the world's oldest snipers in a promotional video entitled Dadi Shooter, Anurag Kashyap unveiled the first poster of Saand Ki Aankh.
Starring . and Taapsee Pannu in the lead, the film is a biopic about Octogenarian Chandro and Prakashi Tomar from Uttar Pradesh.

We see Taapsee and Bhumi, hair graying and sagging skin, sitting on a mound and smiling broadly in front of the camera, proudly brandishing their guns. They look suspiciously like Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, wearing a ghagra and a shirt, with a pallu on the head of the poster, "Tann Budha Hota Hain, Mann Budha Nai Hota " (This is the body that uses it with age, not mind).
Apart from Taapsee and Bhumi, Saand Ki Aankh also presents the director Prakash Jha and Mukkabaaz the star Viineet Singh in determining roles. Located in the hinterland of Uttar Pradesh, the film was screened on floors in Meerut in February
Originally named Womaniya, the film was renamed Saand Ki Aankh as a result of a conflict of rights.
Saand Ki Aankh is produced jointly by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar. The film will mark the debut of the director of the writer Tushar Hiranandani ( Ek Villain, ABCD 2 and of the Grand Masti .
