The latest buzz: after a season on flop 12, Bigg Boss manufacturers decided to make some new changes for the next season. Yes, you read correctly.
Manufacturers have apparently decided to remove the concept of commoner from the upcoming Bigg Boss season, according to a report posted on an entertainment portal.
"This decision was made after last year's debacle, when the choices of commoners' participants were blatantly questioned," a source told Bollywoodlife.
We have seen the concept of commoners entering the Bigg Boss home since the tenth season in 2016, while Manu Punjabi and Manveer Gurjar participated as commoner candidates.

It is interesting to note that some seasons (seasons 1, 2 and 6) featured commoners, but the concept of commoners participating in Bigg Boss has become a standard since BB 10 in 2016. The creators had changed the format to make it celebrities vs commoners three years back. This season was won by Manveer Gurjar who defeated Bani J and Lopa Mudra in the final.
