In Bigg Boss Tamil 3, after Fathima Babu's recommendation on captaincy, the three contestants Tharshan Thiyagarajah, Sandy Master and Abhirami had to perform a task called mattikittiye mannaru. It also gives people a chance to think that rape and other crimes against women are committed because of such problems.

Abhirami remains furious and says that if the sense of clothing and other problems are the reason for the rape, then why are children being badually harbaded? .
