Jodhpur High Court issued Monday notices to actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bender, Neelam Kothari and Tabu after the Rajasthan government challenged their acquittal in the Blackbuck case by a local court.
A notice was also published regarding Dushyant Singh, who accompanied the actors when poaching took place.
While Saif, Sonali, Neelam, Tabu and Dushyant were acquitted in the case on April 5 of last year, Salman Khan was found guilty under Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act and sentenced to five years' imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000.
However, after spending two nights at Jodhpur Central Prison, he was released on bail of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of the same amount. His appeal against the sentence will be heard on April 3rd. The government's appeal against Salman's acquittal for possession of illegal weapons will also be heard that day.

A complaint was registered by the Bishnoi community of Rajasthan on October 2 of this year against the actors.
