A Judge of the Single Judiciary, Judge Manoj Garg, addressed the notices to the actors following an appeal by the Government of Rajasthan against their acquittal by a court of the Supreme Judicial Judge on April 5 last .
A notice was also sent to Dushyant Singh who, allegedly, accompanied the actors during poaching.
Judge Garg ordered that the case be scheduled for hearing after eight weeks.
On March 11, the High Court issued a notice of appeal to the five defendants against the government's appeal in which they acquitted the case.
The CJM court sentences Salman Khan, Bollywood star, under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, to a five-year prison term and a fine of 10,000 rupees for killing two blackbucks in Jodhpur during the filming of his star movie "Hum Saath Saath Hain" in 1998.
The appeal of Salman Khan, who is on bail, is pending before the High Court.
The trial court had acquitted its co-stars – Saif, Sonali, Neelam and Tabu, as well as Dushyant Singh, for lack of evidence.
