Looks like the meetings between the Bollywood fraternity and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have borne fruit. Acting Finance Minister Piyush Goyal pledged on Friday a one-stop deal for filmmaking to allow speedy, hbadle-free filming in Indian venues. This was previously only available to foreign filmmakers. Goyal also announced the introduction of an anti-registration provision in the law on cinematography to fight the privacy of films. Karan Johar, Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar and Rakesh Roshan, among others, were among the delegation. This meeting was followed by another meeting with young Bollywood stars in Delhi.
