Singh landed rare opportunity to host a late-night talk show on a large broadcast network, a feat for a woman of color
She will replace Carson Daly as host of NBC's late-night talk show. The show will carry the title "A Little Late with Lilly Singh" and will be launched in September, making her the only woman to currently host a late-night talk show on one of the large networks, reported varieties.com.
"A Little Late" will feature Singh, who first became famous as a YouTube star, performing studio interviews, as well as pre-recorded comedy sketches and other "elements of signature ".
