In a new video teased by Marvel, Brie Larson, who plays the role of Carol Danvers, is "having those memories", but she does not know if they are real. In the second trailer of the film, we learn that she is found almost dead, with no memory of her previous life. After landing hard, Danvers wants to know everything about his unexplained past on Earth. She is seen chatting with her about Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) and during her conversation she exclaims that "something in her past is the key to all this".

Marvel has also released a new poster showing Brie "Higher, Faster, Faster."

Since Captain Marvel was introduced in Avengers: Infinity War fans are wondering if it is stronger than Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk and Thor, among others Avengers. To clarify the subject, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige had said that Brie Larson's character would now be the most powerful superhero in Marvel's film universe.

The film takes place in the 1990s and is based on the comic series published in 1967. In the film, Brie Larson in the role of Danvers will be in possession of her powers that she will get once her DNA will have merged with that of a stranger in an accident. A former fighter pilot of the US Air Force, Danvers had left the planet to join Starforce, a kree elite military team, and on her return, she retraces the time she had spent on earth .

The film also features Jude Law as Mar-Vell and Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Ronan by Lee Pace and Korath by Djimon Hounsou. Both characters were introduced for the first time in The Guardians of the Galaxy.

Captain Marvel directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, should be released in the United States on March 8th.
